Zibo Dunhong Auto parts Co.,Ltd is an enterprise specialized in developing and manufacturing various kinds of brake lining ,brake pad ,brake shoes and brake disc for both china & overseas brand automobile.
The co***ny was established in 2007, now it has more than 200 staffs and its annual manufacturing capacity of over 10 million sets. More than 3000 varieties of brake pads, brake shoes, brake lining,brake disc and brake assembly are covering most of the on road application including saloon car, light car, commercial vehicle, camion and various engineering mechanical machine. Until now, over 600 items got E-mark approved.
The Technology Center has many test machine which are currently most-advanced in the world, such as American Greening Inertia Brake Dynamometer test machine, American Link Dynamometer test machine, Link road test machine, Krauss Dynamometer and other speed, shear, thermal expansion, compressibility test machine. It also has more than 60 equipment which are used for Lab and Test as well as physical and chemical analysis, such as Karl Fischer Moisture and Spectral-photometer..
In 2007, Zibo Dunhong got FMSI membership.
In 2008, Zibo Dunhong got ISO14001, OHS18001 certification by China.
In 2009, Dunhong has received ISO9000¡¢VDA6.1¡¢QS9000¡¢ISO/TS16949 certification by TUV.
